1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tjbed platform and all its services. Accessing the tjbed website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Verification

During account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. tjbed reserves the right to cancel any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

• Email address (where applicable)
• Date of birth
• Preferred username and password

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tjbed may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time. The following documents may typically be requested:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank account or mobile banking details
• Proof of address document

If verification is not completed within the required timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your tjbed account secure. Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify tjbed support immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following mobile banking and payment methods may be used for transactions on the tjbed platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other Bangladeshi banks).

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account immediately.
• Deposits are only accepted from registered payment methods.
• Deposits from or in the name of a third party are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

tjbed provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 would apply the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳28,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed. Note — wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• tjbed reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• No bonus offer may be used alongside another offer at the same time, unless specifically stated.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to the use of all games and betting services available on the tjbed platform:

7.1 Slots & Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the bet may be voided or settled — in such cases, the server log will be considered final.
• In the event of a software error or technical issue, any abnormal winnings will be considered void.

7.2 Sports Betting

• All bets will be settled according to the rules applicable at the time the bet is valued.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, tjbed's settlement policy will apply.
• The odds displayed in tjbed's system will apply — in the event of a display error, tjbed reserves the right to void the bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tjbed platform. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts (Multi-accounting)
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to gaming software or systems
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Depositing or withdrawing via third-party payment methods
• Collusive betting with other users or match fixing
• Any attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform

9 Responsible Gaming

• At the direction of a regulatory or legal authority

In the event of account closure, any legitimate funds not connected to unlawful activity will be returned. Users may also request the closure of their account at any time.
